1992年中国中化集团与常州塑料集团合资成立中化勤丰塑料有限公司，2004年改组成立常州昌博包装材料厂，2012年成立子公司---常州铂安防护材料有限公司。

昌博包装专注于复合包装材料的研发、生产、销售。主营：托盘罩、吨袋内胆、方体防潮袋、立体铝箔袋、铝箔真空袋、大型铝箔袋、防尘罩厂家、抽真空铝箔袋、集装袋内衬袋、机械设备铝箔袋。秉承专业、环保、集约之理念，为客户提供有效可行之包装方案，提高产品包装档次、彰显产品品质。

产品获国家机械包装协会、军品包装办公室联合推广、进入“军品包装优秀成果展”进入“军品包装工程决策咨询系统”、进入《军工装备配套产品暨军队物资采购供应商名录》。行业标准起草单位，参与软、硬包装容器透湿度试验方法之两项国家标准修订工作。运用于海军七大基地之器械包装。

Products won the National Packaging Machinery Association, office of military products packaging joint promotion, enter "the outstanding achievements of Military Packaging Exhibition" into the decision-making and consultation system of munitions packaging engineering into < military equipment supporting products and suppliers of military materials list. Industry standard drafting unit, in soft and hard packaging containers through humidity test method for two national standards revision work. Used in naval base of the seven military packaging equipment.
